Information reaching this publication indicates that former Minister of Information and Digitalization Henry Mussa is reportedly to be ill at Maula Prison.

Mussa on Monday failed to to show up for his bail hearing at the High Court in the capital Lilongwe.

It is not known as to what he is suffering from at the moment.

Meanwhile, bail ruling on his case has been shifted to July 11, 2023.

Mussa and co-accused Gideon Munthali were convicted of conspiracy to steal and receiving stolen goods in relation to the 10 computers and a Genset at Ministry of Information.
