A contractor of D.F.S Building Contractors has sealed Neno Girls Secondary school dining and multipurpose to force the Blantyre Synod of the C.C.A.P to pay him outstanding contractual money of 1 million Kwacha.
Reuben Yasin Gama, owner of the company, is accusing the Blantyre Synod Education Secretary, Moses Kasitomu of embezzling the funds for the project.
But the accused, Kasitomu said he has to consult the synods counsel, describing Gama’s sentiments as an attack.
He, however said that the church is open for dialogue with the contractor.
