Concerned citizens threaten to hold vigils against the legalization of same sex marriages

A group trading under a banner “Concerned citizens” has threatened to hold vigils at judiciary offices and parliament if lawmakers legalize same sex marriages in the country.

This comes at a time there has been fresh calls to review country’s laws to accommodate the homosexual.

And the high court in Blantyre is expected to convene this month to debate on the matter.

However, the group through its chairperson Victor Nyanyaliwa said they will not blink for the marriages to be incorporated in the laws.
