Some clinicians and nurses for Malamulo Adventist Mission hospital in Thyolo are holding a sit-in over salary delays and perceived poor leadership at the institution.
The hospital has been forced to suspend surgeries and other medical care services today.
Chief Executive Officer for the hospital, Austin Dice told the press that they are working to resolve the demands which he attributed to financial constraints.
President for Seventh Day Adventist, Pastor Tony Nyirenda has arrived at the hospital to address the concerns.
