Reports reaching this publication indicate that High Court in Lilongwe has adjourned a cement-gate case involving former Presidential aide Norman Chisale and 4 others to 25 July.

The other accused are former state residences director general Peter Mukhito, former MRA Deputy Commissioner Rosa Mbilizi, Mahmed Shafee Ahmed Chunara and Ahmed Muhammed Chunara.

Their charges have been read again in court but, they have not taken plea.

The 18 charges leveled against them relate to fraud, smuggling, conspiracy to commit customs offenses and making false documents among others.
