Former President Peter Mutharika’s personal bodyguard Norman Chisale, former State House Director General Peter Mukhito and reinstated MRA Deputy Commissioner General, Roza Mbilizi, have arrived at the High Court in Lilongwe.

The three, alongside businessperson Ahmed Chunara and his son Mohamed Chunara, are scheduled to appear before Justice Redson Kapindu to take plea in a case involving importation of K5 billion worth of cement duty-free using Mutharika’s taxpayer identification number.
