Malawi National Team Women’s Football Club midfielder Leticia Chinyamula has crowned as the Most Promising Player of 2023 COSAFA Women’s Cup.

The 17 year-old Scorchers player, was competing with Esther Banda from Zambia and Rose Kadzere from Malawi in her category.

The event, which was held Sandton Convention Center in Johannesburg, South Africa, was spiced up with the presence of President for Football Association of Malawi Fleetwood Haiya and sports minister Uchizi Mkandawire.

Meanwhile, FAM President has congratulated Leticia and all players who were nominated but did not make it.
