State Vice President Dr. Saulos Chilima has said he will address Malawians next week on his next move following President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera’s decision to withhold delegated duties to the office of the Vice President.

Chilima said this when addressing United Transformation Movement (UTM) supporters gathered at his house in Lilongwe.

In his speech Chilima asked UTM supporters to exercise patience.

Chilima has said in 2020 people called on him to humble himself but he feels that his humility is being taken for stupidity.

“2020 tinkanena kuti zichepetsetseni zichepetseni koma kudzichepetsako kusasanduke kupusa,” said Chilima while attracting ululation from supporters.

Meanwhile, Chilima is at State House attending Tonse Alliance partners emergency meeting scheduled to commence anytime from now.
