Malawi leader Lazarus Chakwera is expected to address the nation tomorrow, Tuesday, October 25th, 2022 at 7 pm.

Presidential spokesperson Anthony Kasunda confirmed the development to the press saying the address will take place at Kamuzu Palace in Lilongwe.

According to Kasunda Chakwera will update the nation on the status of the Affordable Inputs Program (AIP) and other matters of national interests.

Of late Chakwera’s administration is being accused of mismanaging government affairs as corruption is rampant and economic woes are still rocking the country.

On October 28th, 2022, Citizens Against Impunity and Corruption have organized demonstrations against Chakwera government.
