President Dr Lazarus Chakwera is today scheduled to attend this year’s Umhlangano wa Maseko Cultural Day and Gomani V 10th Anniversary Celebrations at Nkolimbo Village, Gomani Chikuse Memorial Monument in Ntcheu District.

Office of the President and Cabinet (OPC) has confirmed of the development in a statement made available to faceomalawi.

According to the statement by OPC, Chakwera will are at the function at 10 am.

State Vice President Dr. Saulos Chilima who is also United Transformation Movement (UTM) President will also attend the ceremony.

On the other hand, Prophet Shepherd Bushiri of and his wife Mary is also expected to attend the ceremony.

This will be the second time for Prophet Bushiri to brush shoulders with Chakwera and Chilima.
