News reaching this publication indicate that President Lazarus Chakwera has appointed Hilary Chilomba as Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) deputy director general.

According to reports, he has replaced Elia Bodole whose contract has just expired.

According to reports, this is not the first for Chilomba to work with the graft busting body hence a fit for the job.

However, Social media commentator Joshua Chisa Mbele is questioning the appointment of Chilomba.

According to Chisa Mbele, if he is fit for the job then why was he removed in the first, he also asked about the criteria used for his appointment.

Chilomba is currently working with Malawi Human Rights Commission (MHRC).
