The body of Reverend father Peter Kasonkanji will be laid to rest today at Bembeke Cathedral in Dedza Boma.

Father Kasonkanji died on Sunday morning after a short illness, according to information sourced by this publication.

The burial ceremony will start with a funeral mass which will be presided over by Bishop of Dedza Diocese from 10 am.

Reverend Kasonkanji has died at the age of 67.
