The National Director of Strategic Planning in the Malawi Congress Party who is also the homeland security minister, Kenneth Zikhale Ng’oma, is holding a political rally at Nyambadwe Primary School ground in Blantyre this afternoon.

He is accompanied by a veteran politician, Brown Mpinganjira and other top officials.

The rally has been characterized by poor patronage.
