Seven armed criminals targeted Embangweni Post Office, robbing it of cash, postal stamps, and airtime vouchers.
The criminals, armed with metal bars and machetes, stormed the postmaster’s house, forced him to hand over the office keys, and took him to the post office.
There, they made off with property valued at K1 million after forcing the postmaster to open cash chests.
The victim was later found dumped in the Sinda Area and reported the incident to Embangweni Police.
Authorities have launched a manhunt to apprehend the suspects responsible for the audacious robbery.
