APAM Gives Police 5 Days to Investigate Exhumation of Body of Person with Albinism in Blantyre

The Association of Persons with Albinism (APAM) has raised alarm following the Exhumation of Tony Robert’s grave in Chigumula township, Blantyre. The shocking discovery revealed that the limbs of the deceased were missing from the grave.

The Limbe Police, have initiated investigations into the incident, aiming to bring the culprits to justice. The remaining body parts of Tony Robert have been taken to Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital for proper reburial.

Expressing grave concern, APAM President Young Muhamba has called on authorities to expedite the investigation and ensure swift action against the perpetrators. Muhamba issued a five-day ultimatum, urging law enforcers to make significant progress in the case.
