Annie Matumbi, whose real name is Chiyanjano Muheziwa has joined the Malawi Congress Party (MCP).

MCP Secretary General Eisenhower Mkaka unveiled Muheziwa at the Kamuzu International Airport where President Lazarus Chakwera is holding a development rally.

The dancehall artist was previously affiliated to the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP).
