AMG Global, a public accounting and business advisory firm, on Tuesday gave K3 million to the Human Resources Society of Malawi to facilitate the holding of its lakeshore conference in Salima.
The firm’s business development manager Limbani Msosa said the money will help in the preparations of the conference.

He said: “The business advisory service provides human resource search, which offers human resource aspect.
“Our psychometric assessment is key in finding a suitable person in as far as human capital is concerned.”
Human Resources Society of Malawi secretary general Robin Kajasiche said workplaces need the required skills to enable the country achieve the Malawi 2063, the country’s long-term development plan.
“The conference will equip delegates with knowledge about the human resources as we will have renowned presenters who will update us with new things happening around the business environment that affect people management,” he said.
The conference is slated for October 28 to 29.
