Malawi’s reggae icons, the Black Missionaries has said that preparations for this year’s Evison Matafale Memorial Show, slated for November 26th at Singano in Chileka-Blantyre are progressing well.

The band leader, Anjilu Fumulani, who has promised fireworks, says more details about the show will be divulged next week, adding that this year’s event will be a different one.

The dreadlock rasta, Matafale, who revolutionized reggae music in the country and was instrumental in the Black Missionaries, died on November 27, 2001.
