Opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) lawmakers have once again shunned Parliamentary deliberations currently underway at the August House in Lilongwe.
A visit to Parliament this afternoon found all benches belonging to DPP MPs empty.
Some few DPP parliamentarians have occupied the Independent benches where Leader of Opposition Kondwani Nankhumwa relocated following his expulsion from the party.
DPP MPs are against the decision by the Speaker to recognize Nankhumwa as leader of opposition and not Thyolo Thava MP Mary Navicha.
