Man Nabbed For Breaking Into Cars in Lilongwe

Police in Lilongwe at Gateway Mall in Lilongwe have arrested a 25 year-old man, for suspecting him that he allegedly breaking into car theft in cars, and being found in possession of breaking implement.

Lilongwe Police Station Assistant Public Relations Officer Khumbo Sanyiwa has identified the suspect as Jack Sadick

According to Sanyiwa, on 6 February 2024 the suspect reportedly broke into a certain car belonging to a Nigerian national and stole Sonny Experia cellphone, and other property.

Sanyiwa added that a follow up through CCTV camera footage at the Mall, depicted the suspect who was captured while committing the crime.

Again, few days ago, the suspect was spotted by the CCTV operator while trying to break into another car.

After a follow up, police arrested the suspect who was also found with car breaking instruments upon being searched.

Jack Sadick who, hails from Mpemba Village, Traditional Authority Msomba in Blantyre District, will soon appear before court to face charges applied to him.
