The Mkukula Court in Dowa has sentenced Kumbukani Gama to three years in prison for breaking into a house and stealing an N100 motorcycle and a memory card.

According to the prosecution, John Bottoman on December 14, 2023, around 6 o’clock in the evening, the accused broke into a woman’s house in Mgona and stole the mentioned items.

Kanengo Police Spokesperson Gresham Ngwira said that the police arrested Gama the following day and recovered the stolen property.

The court ordered Gama to serve a three-year sentence for breaking into the house and committing theft, with the sentences running concurrently.
