Leader of Opposition in Parliament Kondwani Nankhumwa is this morning scheduled to brief the media at Golden Peacock Hotel in Blantyre.

Nankhumwa’s media briefing comes barely hours after Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) president Peter Mutharika removed him from the position of vice-president (South).

Mutharika replaced him with Mulanje South West legislator George Thapatula Chaponda.

Mutharika has since appointed Nankhumwa as one of his advisors.
