Dowa Police Spokesperson, Alice Sitima has confirmed the arrest of a 59-year-old man Maluwa Phiri for allegedly defiling a 14 year old girl.

Sitima said the suspect was arrested yesterday and will appear in court soon to answer defilement charges.
