Top performer in PSLCE exams Wakisa Ngosi speaks to Parliamentarians

A 13 year-old boy who has scooped position two in the recently released 2023 Primary School Leaving Certificate of Education (PSCLE) has attributed his success to hard work and determination.

Wakisa Ngosi, from Mzimba north, made the sentiments this morning after appearing in parliament for a special recognition from Parliamentarians.

Speaker of the National Assembly Catherine Gotani Hara has encouraged all students who have emerged as best performers in the exams to remain focused to achieve their goals.

Other leaners on position two are Levison Henderson from Machinga and Angel Mbewe from Kasungu. Alinafe Chulu from Blantyre urban scooped the first position.
