The funeral ceremony of former Minister of Finance and Economic Development Goodall Gondwe is currently underway at his home village, Kayionanga in Enukweni, Mzimba.

State Vice President Dr. Saulos Chilima and his wife Mary have already arrived at the venue of the funeral ceremony.

The funeral ceremony has also been graced by leaders of different political parties.

Gondwe died on August 8, 2023 at Lilongwe Adventist Hospital after a short illness.
