Advocate for federalism and leader of Federalism Institute, Lusungu Mwakhwawa, has passed away.

His body was found at his Lilongwe residence, with signs of decomposition.

Moses Kapiriwita Mkandawire, Chairperson of People’s Federal Movement, confirmed the discovery and stated that Mwakhwawa’s body is undergoing a postmortem at Kamuzu Central Hospital.

Mwakhwawa was poised to lead a planned “Revolution” starting on August 21, 2023.
