26-year-old Emmanuel Tsogolani who just sat the recent Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) examinations has committed suicide, reportedly after getting in a fight with some of his cousins.

According to one of the deceased’s relatives, Arvin Ntenje, Tsogolani and his cousins attended a wedding where they quarrelled and beat each other to a pulp, while under the influence.

Upon reaching home, he was reprimanded by his mother but an hour later his lifeless body was found hanging in a pig kraal.

Meanwhile, the deceased’s body is at Mchinji district hospital awaiting burial today.
