The body of Dr. Emmanuel Kanjunjunju will be laid to rest this coming Saturday at his home village in Chikwawa District.

BCC Chief Executive Officer Dennis Chinseu has confirmed of the development in an interview with the press.

According to Chinseu, the body of Kanjunjunju is being kept at Mthunzi Funeral Services.

Kanjunjunju died in the wee hours of Thursday at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital in Blantyre.

Until his death, Kanjunjunju was serving as Director of Health and Social Services.

Meanwhile, vigil is currently taking place at his residence in Sunny-side, opposite Sky Lounge.
