Malawi Congress Party (MCP) Deputy Secretary General, Catherine Gotani Hara has asked Malawians to support President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera for the country to develop.

Gotani Hara, who is also Member of Parliament for Mzimba North East, was speaking during a political rally held at Kafukule Community ground in Mzimba.

She said president Chakwera is doing all he can to develop Malawi while addressing some challenges the country is going through.

Hara, who is also speaker of Parliament, further appealed for chiefs and other community leaders to as custodians of culture to work with government of the day.
