Premier Loto has dangled plasma screens and t-shirts as weekly prizes in the newly-introduced Village Promotion.
Premier Loto network manager Veston Kambalame said after the first draw in Lilongwe Tuesday that the promo aims to up-lift the living standards of people in the communities.

The promo sees two lucky winners taking home 43-inch plasma screens in weekly draws and 50 individuals winning t-shirts.

“We would like to reach out to as many people as possible through this initiative,” he said.

During the first draw, Lilongwe-based Umali Usi, 48, and 25-year-old Jackson Michael became the first lucky winners of the screens after with tickets costing K100 each.
The promotion runs up to the end of July and draws will be conducted on Fridays and Saturdays.
