A 38-year-old man Fanizo Sokhili has been found hanging from the roof of his house at Mitepera village, Traditional Authority Mbawera.

Thyolo Police deputy publicist Rabecca Kashoti has confirmed of the development in an interview with the press.

According to Kashoti, the man was discovered by his wife upon her return from a cassava garden.

Officials say postmortem has revealed that death was due to suffocation secondary to strangulation and no foul play is suspected.
