President Lazarus Chakwera has arrived in Zambia through Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka, for the 22nd Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (Comesa) Heads of State Summit.
The president is expected to deliver a speech on the enhancement of relations among Comesa member countries, among other issues.
Zambia and Malawi have continued to collaborate at regional, continental and international levels through the United Nations (UN), the Commonwealth, the African Union (AU), the Southern African Development Community (SADC) and Comesa.
Chakwera left the country this morning through Kamuzu International Airport (KIA) and he was escorted by State Vice President Dr. Saulos Chilima.
