Homeland Security Minister Ken Zikhale Ng’oma  has confirmed the development saying that they have has received a request from the Rwandan government.

This request has come in light of recent revelations that some refugees have obtained Malawian passports and are engaging in illegal activities in the wake of the relocation exercise.
