The Ministry of Education has expelled over 80 students, who were illegally enrolled at Ntchisi Secondary School.

Principal Secretary in the Ministry Chikondano Mussa has confirmed of the development in an interview with the press.

Mussa said the move follows an inspection exercise that the ministry officials conducted at the school this week.

According to the PS, the ministry is also going to take disciplinary action on the school authorities that were involved in the malpractice.

School authorities are yet to comment on the matter.
