A tragic incident has taken place in Sinazongwe where a female teacher at Sinazongwe Secondary School has been killed by her husband over a petty dispute.

The teacher, who was offering Home Economics, was reportedly attacked by her husband after preparing him fresh fish instead of chicken for dinner.

The husband, who had not bought the chicken himself, became angry when he found out that his wife had prepared fish instead.

According to reports, the wife explained to her husband that she had no money to buy chicken.

However, this explanation did not appease the man, who proceeded to grab a knife and stab his wife, resulting in her untimely death.
