Zambian President Orders Sell Of VXs Vehicles That Were Bought After He Formed Government

Republican President Hakainde Hichilema has directed the Secretary to the Cabinet, Patrick Kangwa, to sell off all VX motor vehicles that were bought after he formed Government.

The President has expressed displeasure that some of his ministers and permanent secretaries are applying to buy new VXs despite agreeing that his government is not extravagant.

He says it is now surprising that some of his appointees want a VX to move from their homes in Kabulonga, Lusaka to Cabinet Office.

The President said this when he officiated at the Presidential delivery unit leadership workshop in Lusaka. Top of Form
