The case of the Republic v Lu Ke, popularly known as Susu, has failed to take place today as the presiding magistrate was not available at court.
When asked, Senior Assistant Chief State Advocate, Dzikondianthu Malunda, asked for more time to verify with the Court as to why the magistrate was not available.
Susu is answering charges related to exploitation of children at Njewa.
He came into the limelight in June 2022 when his videos, in which he was making children repeat derogatory words in Chinese, surfaced on social media.
The matter was supposed to come for hearing of preliminary objections filed by counsel for Susu, Andy Kaonga.
