Information reaching faceofmalawi indicates that Dennis Chinseu has been appointed as new Chief Executive Officer for Blantyre City Council (BCC).

Secretary in the Ministry of Local Government, Unity and Culture James Chiusiwa has confirmed of the development in a statement made available to faceofmalawi.

According to Chiusiwa, the appointment of Chinseu is with immediate effect.

The statement further says that Minister of Local government Richard Chimwendo Banda has also appointed Dr. Mac-loud Kadamanja as CEO of Lilongwe City Council.
