NO GOVERNMENT POLICY RESTRICT RASTAFARIAN CHILDREN IN PUBLIC SCHOOL

Rastafarians have reason to smile as the office of the Attorney General argues that there is no   policy restricting the Rastafarian children in public schools.

The office of the Attorney General has rejected the decision for High Court Judge Zione Ntaba to stop hearing an application for judicial review, by Rastafarian children against the Ministry of Education,

Two Rastafarian children were challenging the Ministry of Education’s policy requiring learners to cut their hair before being admitted to government schools.
