The United Transformation Movement (UTM) has appointed as musician Fredokiss, real name Penjani Kalua as the party’s national youth director.

Kalua, a son to member of Parliament for Rumphi East Constituency Kamlepo Kalua replaces Bon Kalindo who resigned from the post last year.

UTM Publicity Secretary Felix Njawala has confirmed of the development in a statement made available to faceofmalawi.

UTM has also appointed Khwesi Msusa as National Director of Operations who will be deputized by Sam Chirwa ,Loveness Gondwe as National Deputy Director of Elections while Commissioner Augustine Mtendere as acting administrative secretary.

According to Njawala, the appointments are with effect from January 20,2023.
