Former Member of Parliament for Blantyre Kabula Felix Njawala has been appointed as Publicity Secretary for the United Transformation Movement (UTM),a party headed by State Vice President Dr. Saulos Chilima.

Njawala replaces Frank Tumpale Mwenifumbo who resigned last year on personal grounds.

UTM Secretary General Patricia Kaliati who is also Minister of Gender under the Tonse Alliance government has confirmed of the development in a statement made available to faceofmalawi.

According to Kaliati, Njawala’s appointment is with effect from January 11, 2022.
