The Ministry of Health has expressed shock with the increase in number of people dying due to cholera outbreak in the country.

According to reports, 14 people died yesterday from the disease, bringing the total number of death rates to 508 within the year.

According to the Ministry of Health, 345 new cases of cholera were recorded on the day, increasing the confirmed cases since March to 16, 086.

A total of 691 patients are currently admitted to treatment units in different areas of the country.
