Kawale responds on allegations of AIP Fertilizer

Minister of Agriculture Sam Kawale has admitted that his ministry is receiving reports that some beneficiaries are struggling to access Affordable Inputs Programme (AIP) fertilizer.

According to Kawale, farmers are claiming that some workers are demanding money from buyers at selling points to give them fertilizer a development which is worrisome.

Kawale said a team that was arranged to investigate the reports has established that most of the rumors are false.
