One body has been found from Shire River in relation to a boat that capsized on Wednesday and four bodies are still missing.

Nsanje police spokesperson, Agnes Zalakoma has identified the deceased as Fina Yonahe Chimombo, from Chimombo village in the area of Traditional Authority Chimombo in the same district.

According to Zalakoma, the body was found yesterday afternoon within the vicinity of Nsanje port.

Eleven others who were also in the boat on Wednesday survived the accident.
