A security guard assigned to provide security at Standard Bank in Kasungu has been found dead this morning.

According to inside sources, the guard is suspected to have been murdered by unknown thieves who attempted to steal from the bank.

Police officers are on the scene to try to establish what may have happened.

It is also reported that some computers from the bank have been found soaked in water.
