President of Peoples Transformation Party (PETRA) Kamuzu Chibambo is suggesting the revisions of ministers and principal secretaries fuel allocations from between 1,500 to 2,000 litres per month to less than 750 litres in order to adhere to austerity measures.
Chibambo who is also the spokesperson of political parties in the Tonse Alliance said there is need to promote better monetary policies to save money and generate adequate forex to address the fuel crisis.
The PETRA President is currently addressing the media in Blantyre where is tackling issues related to prevailing social economic challenges, poverty, accountability and rule of law.
