A woman of Chongwe has been allegedly hacked to death by her husband after he found her chatting with their male neighbour.

According to Zambia Daily Mail, Kamwingo Ng’anga,40,was allegedly murdered by Alimon Miti between September 19 and September 22 at Kantyantya Village in Rufunsa District.

Zambia Police spokesperson Rae Hamoonga and a relative of the victim confirmed the incident in an interview yesterday.

Mr Hamoonga said officers at Chinyunyu Police Post on September 23 received a report of suspected murder around 08:00 hours from Matomola Mwananyambe, 54, that his niece had been killed.

“The couple were employed as caretakers at the farm which belongs to Winza Sichali, of Lusaka.
