Chisa Mbele to face Judge Ivy Kamanga as defamation case dates court

A defamation case between Malawi Defense force commander, Vincent Nundwe and social media influencer Joshua Chisa Mbele has been moved to Lilongwe.

Nundwe, the claimant, applied to the court that a ruling by the high court that was to be referred to the constitutional court, should be stayed.

Mbele is alleged to have published that the MDF Commander received bribes from corruption suspect Zuneith Sattar.

Speaking to the press Lawyer representing Mbele, said Justice Ivy Kamanga mentioned that she is interested to see Mbele in person because he posted on his facebook page that female Judges are ‘ugly’.
