A 38-year-old Malawian national who travelled to Zambia to sell a motorbike on behalf of his brother in Mambwe district has allegedly been beheaded by a person who bought the motorbike.

Eastern Province acting deputy commanding officer Kennedy Chibwe has confirmed of the development in an interview with one of the local media houses in Zambia.

According to Chibwe, the deceased identified as Lucus Mbewe, was murdered in Mambwe after selling the motorbike.

Mbewe hails from Mchinji district.
