Secretary to the Office of the President and Cabinet, Colleen Zamba has complained of non-adherence of set guidelines by ministries and departments including use of substandard cabinet papers in presentations.

In a statement, Zamba has reminded Principal Secretaries and Heads of Ministries to uphold the set guidelines.

Zamba has further warned Ministries and departments that all sub-standard reports will be sent back with immediate effect.
